Younique Kit

Work for Younique

join Younique
Younique gives you the chance to become one of their Presenters and offers a really good commission plan as well as many monthly incentives; either from the company or your teams upline. What I really like about their plan is that no matter how high you go, selling the products is a key focus; you won’t earn commission from your team if you don’t meet your own targets. Most traditional MLM/Direct selling companies focus a lot on team building and you can get to the stage in your business that you don’t have to sell anything because your team is making you all the money, not with Younique.

Everything you need to know if you want to work for Younique.

Sign up fee

The “sign up” fee is £75.95 (the kit is £69) in the UK, this includes p&p, and that is the only fee/cost you have to pay to Younique; they will never ask you for another penny. For that £69 you get your Presenter’s kit which is full of gorgeous Younique products worth £133 for you to use or demonstrate with and it comes in a fab faux leather case. Along with the kit you will get your own personal website to refer customer to, a back office which give you access to training and the virtual party planner, support from your upline and your own Younique branded debit card (once you reach £50 in commission).

The commission

There are 8 levels within Younique and they all come with certain targets you’ll need to meet to reach them. These targets are not necessary, you don’t HAVE to meet them but you will just stay at the commission level you are at. There is only one necessary target and that is to make $125 (the equivalent of 5 mascaras) in Personal Retails Sales (PRS) within a rolling 3 month period, this is to keep your account active. If your account becomes inactive then you can drop the company an email within 6 months to have it reactivated.

Here are the commission structures:

Once you hit Yellow Status you will always be paid as a Yellow status no matter how your month has gone (unless you don’t make any sales). You will always hold the name of the highest level you achieve but you will be paid at the status you have achieved that month. For example: Last month you hit Green but this month you only make make it to Pink…you will be paid as Pink but known as a Green Status Presenter.

What is a sponsor?

A sponsor is basically your team leader, you join Younique under them and in return they guide you through getting started and beyond. Choosing the right sponsor is a key step in joining Younique because like with any company your can have good ones and bad ones. A good sponsor will listen to how you would like to run your business and put your wants first; they wont pressure you to go in a direction you don’t want. I took some time to find my sponsor and spoke to a couple of people before settling on mine. Luckily she lets me get on with it but I know she is there if I need her. Along with your sponsor you get access to your upline through Facebook groups who will be a wealth of knowledge and help.

I am currently looking to sponsor anyone interested in joining Younique so drop me a message for a chat.

Younique FAQs

FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) that are not covered elsewhere on my website.

Q: I am a guy, am I allowed to join Younique?

A: YES! You are more than welcome to join up to Younique, we have men who are Presenters and do very well; google search Make-up Daddy, he’s amazing!

Q: How old do you need to be to sell Younique products?

A: You need to be 18 or over to join Younique.

Q: The kit you get looks amazing, can I buy that without having to actually sell anything.

A: Yes, I welcome “kit-nappers”. If you let me know that it is just the kit you are interested in then I’ll make a note not to bug you unless you change your mind; and many do

Q: I’ve seen the mascara cheaper on eBay, how can you be selling it for more?

A: Simple answer to this is that any product found on eBay, Amazon, Gumtree or your local Facebook selling page is most likely to be fake, especially if it is cheaper. Younique Presenters are not allowed to sell their products on 3rd Party sites such as those mentioned above and if they are selling it cheaper than the retail price then they are loosing money. Please do not risk buying our mascara or any of our products from those sites as the ingredients aren’t regulated and you do not know what is in them; arsenic, urine, lead, fiber glass and paint have been found in fake make-up products recently.

Q: Can I purchase products while waiting for my starter kit?

A: Yes! You can order and run parties while you are waiting for your kit – the sooner you start the more time you have to hit your fast start bonus.

Q: Why can’t you sell/advertise Younique products on Facebook?

A: It helps deter fakes knowing that the genuine products can only be bought via a Presenter and their website.

 Q: When did Younique launch?
