What is an affiliate network?

An affiliate network is a marketing program which allows the blogger (in this case – you) to receive a commission for promoting products. So if you advertise a merchant’s product then you receive a commission for every time someone clicks on the ad, or every time someone purchases something after following an ad on your page.

There are so many different affiliate networks out there that you can use on your blog to help you make money. Many bloggers ignore this marketing tool because they feel it’s a waste of time. However, if you speak to anyone who uses this tool you will start to see what a great thing it is to have on your blog. Once you start using this marketing tool you will wonder why you ever neglected it.

  3. I will have to check this out. I don’t do affiliate schemes at the moment just because I don’t have the time to dedicate to them, but they are a great way to make money!
